Worst customer service/high prices

Charging me 100s of dollars for 3 months out of town with all appliance off. Will not show me proof of usage. She gave me dates it was used, and once I told her that was impossible those dates magically were not discussed or elaborated on. User's recommendation: If there is any other option around do not use them.
