Worst Customer Service help I have ever experienced.
I called in my order to what seemed to be a helpful, intelligent person. The next day I received an email invoice listing the wrong product. I called customer service. She asked what my concern was and when I tried to answer, she talked over me in a very fast loud voice and could not have heard what I had to say. I continued to try and finally gave up as she continued talking. When the product arrived, I did not open the package. I wrote in large readable letters "PACKAGE REFUSED" and took it to the Post Office. That was over a week ago and to date I have not received a refund. It was charged on my VISA card. After returning the package, my credit card was compromised. Now I am in a quandary as to how to get my refund.
