Worst customer service / goods damaged

Shipped my expensive snap on toolbox from UK to Brisbane. Arrived damaged. Then they tried blaming me for the damage! I paid for the toolbox to be insured, and they are refusing to even contact their insurer. I have now had to take them to court to recover the costs. Worst company i have ever dealt with.!
