Worst customer service ever and false information

I rented a car through Enterprise and did it online use Allianz travel insurance and Enterprise didn't accept it so I had to buy it for double paid $45 for their insurance through Allianz I called and they said I would get my money back within 2 days I call back 2 Days Later and they tell me it's going to be 7 days I talk to the manager supervisor and he now he tells me it will be up to 30 days before I receive my money back false advertisement and very rude cannot speak English very well at all. If you ever rent a car through Enterprise do not get this insurance because they do not accept it and you will not get your money back within 30 days I'm going to have to dispute it through my bank because it's taking way too long for them to give me my $45 back LOL worst service ever I asked to talk to the mean manager the supervisor tells me he's too busy to call me back and he has bigger things to handle.
