For 2 different orders I received the incorrect items and ILUFABRIX will not return my messages. Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to file an official complaint with the BBB for a company called "Fabric Love LLC" (www.iluvfabrix.com). On 12/18/2017 I purchased a blanket for $418.44 on their website. The blanket arrived on February 9, 2018. What I thought I purchased was a high end designer faux fur blanket that was labeled on their website as "the last fur throw", and what I received was a poor quality faux fur blanket. I called the company to complain, and they said that the original blanket was lost in the mail, and that they would send me a new one. I spoke to a woman named ******** ******. The second blanket was as bad as the first blanket. I have called several times, emailed, and filed a complaint on PayPal for a refund however nobody at the business will return my messages. Furthermore, on January 24, 2018 I purchased fabric based on a swatch that they sent to me and I paid for rush shipment so the fabric would arrive within 5 days. I paid $1, 059.80 for this. I called iluvfabrix before I placed the order to understand the cost of fabric and shipping, I spoke to a PERSON who answered the phone and was not told the fabric was coming from Belgium. Therefore, I believed the fabric was going to arrive at my house within the 5 days! It was only after my decorator made several calls to inquire about the timing of the fabric delivery that we learned it was coming from Belgium. If we had that information before we placed the order, we would have ordered something that would have arrived within the week because we needed the fabric to make cushions for a party that was taking place in late February. The fabric arrived at my house April 6, 2018. The fabric and the swatch were not the same. I immediately tried to contact iluvfabrix via phone and email and returned the fabric to Fabric Love LLC in El Paso TX as advised by my decorator. I have left several messages, emails and filed a complaint with Pay Pal and again, nobody will return my messages to discuss the problem. I have included receipts, emails, photos and proof of receipt for my returned fabric. This company has not return my calls since February 9, 2018. My decorator, ******* ****** has also attempted to contact them on my behalf and has also been unsuccessful. The website has customer service disclaimers, "contact us" links, and says they will rectify the problem once they have been contacted but in fact, they are un-contactable. They were misleading, dishonest, and I paid them $1, 478.24 for products they advertised but did not in fact send me, and they will not answer my calls. Horrible Business- I am out $1, 059.80 and the fabric I wanted to recover my chairs.
