I am extremely angry and disappointed in Southern Motion! My Dad has a lift chair he needs or wouldn't have it. It has been broken for several days. It needs a cable and transformer. I have been given attitude by Operator which today hung up on me She is the face of company and just yelled at me she only the operator. Sorry you are the face of the company! Brenda sales for Maine Furniture Super Store Account was really put out she had to talk to me and told me to call the store. I would have paid to have these expedited. This was never suggested 2-3 it would sent but mail life that will be 7-10. The the store has been nothing but nice.
