Worst customer sercive and store policies ever

I bought two tees online but the size was big so I tried to exchange them by mail first by calling customer service and then in store but they won't accept that. They want me to return the items and buy them again and lose the sale price that I got on black Friday. Now I'm stuck with them because I won't buy from this store again the customer service online and the manager in sawgrass store Florida was not helpful at all. plus you have difficulties in buying online I had to download the App to make the order.
