Worst Credit Card Company EVER!

CitiBank Credit Card Customer Service is the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with in my entire life! Their automated system is NOT designed to help you in anyway and Citi Does anything they can to avoid letting you speak to a live person and the automated system hangs up on you again and again. I counted that I told the automated system that I wanted to speak to a representative nine times and then the system hung on me. I called over 6 times just to be able to get someone on the phone and again I was hung up on. The call center is a third part call center overseas again, now whoever you get has to transfer you and cannot help you at all. Do not ever do business with citi bank, ever!
