I have never had to ship anything out with dhl. They would be last on my list anyway. I have had the misfortune of purchasing items that were shipped by dhl, unbenownst to me. I have my items shipped to work because I am there more than I am at home. We close at 6pm. The driver always does my neighbourhood route dead last. By the time he gets to me, it is close to 9pm. I call dhl customer service. They send a note to the driver to retry before 6pm the next day. No dice. I call up, looking for my package. They tell me that it is still in the warehouse. What? Are they punking me? They are holding my package hostage right now. I hate dhl. dhl stand for 'da ***
