Newly build Lennar homes @ Clarksburg Square, Maryland. We recently moved and from Day-1 we started seeing the construction issues. Horrible Construction and irresponsible constriction team. Sales team always hypes and try to cover-up all the issues. Almost all we raised 30+ warranty issues for which not even 20% of them were resolved. Warranty/Service team another waste rather dumb team who just knows receiving and noting the service complaints. We are keep writing mails, raising the issues but they just ignores all these. It will be a BIG mistake if someone try to buy a home with Lennar. Montgomery County rules are their and Lennar knows with such a horrible quality still they pass county inspections. It still safer to buy a 50+ years old home than a Lennar home @ Clarksburg Square.
