Bought home in December 2017 and have HOA fees of what was $400 but increased to $700 after closing. We still do not have a pool 2 years later nor a tennis court or club house. Now being told there never was going to be a club house just a pool and tennis court. I have paid $1400 in HOA dues and the company has refused to meet with us to tell us what they are doing with our money since there is not pool and area maintenance is mediocre. We have met only once in June 2018 but not in 2019. They say as long as the year is not out they have a window to meet. We have 3 months left waiting to see what happens. I bought in the Bedford Estates subdivision. BIG MISTAKE!! Get everything in writing they LIE!!
