Had no clue about code and would rather make opinions based on what would be nice vice what should be done. Scam for sure. Stay away. Had plenty of home inspection experience and found that these guys make erroneous assumptions vice factual reporting to our clients. They charge a lot of money only to produce overzealous reports and miss real issues. They stated that electrical was outdated and it was not, they stated that windows were new---ha! They were not. They missed the mark on correct analysis and would rather over-inflate minor issues. They gave estimates to fix while having no basis for real numbers/estimates. Stay away from these clowns!
