This company was granted contract to manage PPA accounts for FedEX employees. There overall service is horrible, They fail to properly maintain correct account balances. FEDEX could take what they are paying this horrible company and post to employees accounts and submit online updates quarterly saving money and making employees a lot happier in USA. This is the problem with outsourcing the people cannot do the jobs adequately creating negative relationships with companies and its employees.
