Worst company. Needs to be shutdown!

I would like to provide you guys a review: you have to be the worst customer service company I have ever encountered! My mother gifted me a prepaid card worth 100$ and somehow at wasn’t activated at the point of sale... how would she know?!? Now I am trying to use it...
