Update by user Feb 01, 2019 Have contacted them 3 more times this week and still NO response. Have tried to cancel contract. They refuse to acknowledge that I choose to cancel and not renew. They keep me on hold for half an hour at a time then disconnect me. This is the absolute truth. I have contacted my cc company and they too cannot get a reasonable response from this company. I am still being billed monthly and still disputing their charges. This has been ongoing for many months. Total Protect has threatened to report me to credit bureau and ruin my credit rating which is in the 800's . Dont know what to do at this point. Very very disgusted. Original review posted by user Jan 02, 2019 This company does not care about customers just money. I tried to cancel this policy and remove the add-on appliances but they refused to allow this. In fact they keep billing me and do not answer my calls or emails. Their excuse was they can't make any corrections or changes to my account or cancel it since I have a few months remaining on my contract. They insisted that I would still have to pay monthly and penalties for cancelling early or they would report me to Credit Bureaus. When I did place a claim early on, they assigned a provider who does not service my area and I couldn't reach them to address this issue. This is a nightmare of a company.
