Suburban propane owns my daughter's tank. They are charging triple what other propane companies in the area are charging for fuel. She is a single mom living in a dinky trailer. They refuse to come out unless she gets a full tank which they are charging over 750.00 to fill a 200 gallon tank up to 55%. Total rip-off. Last year they would bring her out $300.00 at a time, but not this year, because they changed their policy, (it was still a rip off). Another time she was late on the $50.00 tank rental fee (another rip off) and they came and put a lock on her tank. This company has no soul.
