They came for an inspection while my roof was being replaced. They failed the house inspection, saying the house needed a new roof and ceiling repaired. I sent the roof invoice, pics of ceiling etc. I went through this several times, remailing receipts, pics inspections till I gave up. This company was uncaring, lost everything I sent. When the inspector came to the house I was living there with sparse furniture, one bed couch dining room table etc. I mentioned we were still moving furniture. He listed the house as ‘unoccupied “. Nothing could convince them that we were not a house under construction. Stay away from this company, they don’t listen and could cause more trouble than any business I’ve ever dealt with.
