They never ask for anything all at once, you get drip fed requests for information, so it goes on and on, mine took 2 months and then nothing. I had to have an appraisal on my home and for nothing. At the end of 2 months, all communication stopped and I have heard nothing since. they don't answer emails, absolute zero contact. Run as fast as you can, much better companies out there and professional which is more than you can say for Loan Depot. I feel dory for the people who work for them.
