Worst *** company ever!!!!

A guy named Matt was who i spoke to when i first got signed up for coverage he was so nice...yea right devil in disguise I started having some trouble with my vehicle so i called AA customer service to ask what the process was because i had reall never had to do anything like this before because this is my 1st extended warranty well all I Can say is ot has been 2 weeks still nothing. Called today 12/10/18 and got nothing but a run around all i want to do is cancel and get a refund
