Total waste of money for inexperienced, untrained, unsupervised employees and dishonest franchise owner. Thousands of $$$ in property damages to appliances, flooring, carpet. Bleach on carpet, Magic Eraser on painted appliance, (aka fine sandpaper) water damage to solid, unsealed hardwood flooring. Cleaning solution residue on electronics (tv screen). Complaints to owner never resolved. Claimed it was all prior damage. Photos taken less than 2 mos prior to hiring MM by Realtor disputed franchise owners basis for denying liability while admitting damages were clearly visible. Owner and M.M. liability insurance carrier were impossible to deal with. It is questionable criminal background checks are conducted on employees. In the course of litigation it was discovered at least one employee used an "alias." Owner stated no other customers had ever complained about service.? Fact is, this company had been the subject of a small claims lawsuit which was discovered by writer in local small claims court in which they were forced to settle. same jurisdiction which they settled.
