Worst chain ever

Absolute WORST customer service I have EVER experienced! They are liars, lied and told my bank they issued me a credit voucher and reached out to me AFTER, I made a claim against them because after 2 weeks couldn't get customer service on the phone. "Supervisor's" have 0 access to anything and are NEVER available. They tell you they are going to call you back and NEVER do. I never even received an itinerary number from them I had to call to receive one. They constantly give you the run around and always have an excuse as to why they can't do something. Customer service's main goal is to steer you away from asking for a supervisor. I'm almost convinced they don't have any. Wait times are extremely long, I mean over an hour long (not exaggerating) BEFORE covid-19 was a thing.
