This place deserves 0 rating. Please do not rent from Avis. These sales guys are the worst, very rude, they hang up the phone on your face, refuse to help, are not at their desk half the time, the cars smell like p**p, dog/human hair, nasty smelling. Even the Avis customer service do not resolve any issue. No doubt Avis will goes out of business. #Avis worst! Location -Newport mall, jersey City 07302
