I have shipment where I was asked to remain in premises between 9am to 2pm to receive the package. I received a msg @ 8pm that delivery is rescheduled. While reaching out call center, the call was diverted to world's worst call center located in Egypt with world's staff answering me with a pride that a msg was delivered to you. The call center kept on interrupting while I was talking. Very rude, arrogant and immature Call center staff I 've ever spoken to. User's recommendation: I will never recommend any of the customer to them.
