Worst banking experience I have ever had

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in WI and am working with a client who is wheelchair bound and was unable to get out of the house today due to snow/ice accumulation. I went to his local Harris bank and explained some problem issues with my clients debit card to a banker. My client and I had previously met with this banker at a time my client was able to leave the house. The banker first said he could not talk to me. After explaining my issues further and asking for options, he again said he could not talk to me since I wasnt the customer. I called my client and asked him to call the Banker which he did. The Banker then told my client and me that he could not talk with me even with my client on the phone. So, I again explained I am a LCSW trying to help my client and again asked for help with options to help my client. He said the only option was to add my name to my clients account which I declined for various professional reasons. I then went to a different Harris bank and discussed the issues with Harris Bankers there.
