***Worst Bank to deal with***

I have been following up for cancellation of my credit card since November and everytime agent takes my request and doesn't cancel my card. Last time i was frustrated and requested for a supervisor to call me since my card was not canceled even after 1 month and nobody called me till date. I would like to emphasize on your customer service department that they are not at all customer friendly and doesn't respect customer i would request you to please listen to my call which i made in December 2018 and you will come to know how bad the team is. I kindly request you to please help me in getting request completed. Although bank have charged me for annual fee which was a false commitment from salea person and later upon cancelation request retention offered me refund and still i didn't take that money and wanted to cancel my card which is not happening. From the day i moved to noor bank i never had any good experience. Looking forward to hear from you. Thanks,
