WORST APT EVER

Had MAJOR black mold in the a/c unit, STILL not resolved. TOILET STILL not working properly., runs constantly. I have to shut off the valve every time I flush. SECURITY lighting off most of the time & they dont replace the bulbs. Trash always piled up next to the dumpsters. Finally got them to replace the front door before it fell off the hinges & NOW they want to raise my rent by $6/ mo to cover "Utility Service Fee" when I'm STILL under a signed lease.
