Worst 4×6 Prints Ever

I can't believe how bad the photos I just bought at CVS are. They're so dark and the ones that are normal color are almost grainy. I didn't realize there was a difference in quality between Walgreens and CVS. I print photos every few months from my iPhone and these ones from CVS look like I printed at home when ink was running low.
