My reply was that I require to arrange delivery accordingly, how I can already have a tracking number? She replied with another question. "please provide me with your Registered phone number". Another silly question. My answer was that I am not registered. But, I provided her with my contact details. She addressed me saying "If you are serious," and it really got me aggravated for their unprofessionalism. They don't know how to simply chat with a client in the other end. Really pity for them as they need a million years to improve their service standards.
