If i could give it a zero i would. This is the worse valet trash services ever. They have failed to pick up my trash 6 different times. Everytime i call the corporate office number, i always talk to the same manager of the Dallas area. She always has an excuse and never tries to be apart of the solution on why my trash is not picked up. The manager of the valet crew she just wants to argue with me over my trash, over talk me, yell and act ghetto on the phone. She claims she tags my door but she doesn't. She can never provide proof of valet coming by when i did call to complain. Ally valet waste service offers poor service and poor customer service especially coming from the female Dalla. manager. My whole complex complains on them. Stay far away from this company unless you want to dumb your own trash and still pay for it.
