I ordered a product out of Kenosha WI and they use CT. My order was picked up on 6/14/18 and took 5 days to get to a CT transfer facility in Bath, PA on 6/19/18 and sat there for almost 2 days. Then I get a call on 6/20/18 to set up delivery for 6/21/18 between 1-3pm. And to add insult to injury on a very slow delivery, the person tells me I will have to help the delivery driver get the almost 100 lbs package off the truck. Unheard of. I questioned her about liability and why there is not the proper equipment for the driver to deliver my package. Package never arrives and no phone call. I can track the package and see that it was delivered to CT terminal in Hagerstown, MD arrived 6/21/18 around 4:30pm. No phone call on Friday 6/22/18 to set up delivery for Monday 6/25/18. So now delivery is scheduled for 6/25/18 Monday but I am skeptical that it will arrive then because no one called to set up delivery. The lost hours of work and having to be at home for a delivery that never arrives is very, very poor customer service. Other Transport companies that have delivered to me never ever had this issue. Always delivered as promised and on time. From now on I will ask any company what Transport comapny they use and if it is Central Transport I will refuse to purchase from them. The seller told me I would have the product delivered by 6/19 or 6/20 but that was not the case. This lack of delivery has postpone my construction project and the workers walked off the job. I hope I can get them back but they no longer believe me when I say the product will be here 6/19 or 6/20. No, make that 6/21 or now it’s 6/22 delivery. But wait...it’s suppose to arrive 6/25??? The product CT is delivering is the next step for construction and work can’t proceed without this product. Thanks, CT for holding up my project and wasting my time and causing conflict with my work crew. Way to go!
