I used them once and was pissed that I booked a hotel that I have been loyal too for years only to find out that I could not get the points due to booking with them. I assume they are keeping the points and using them to obtain rates at a lower price only to sale them to you/us at a higher price. They called me all the time at work, at home that was the straw that made me just cut them off all together.
