Basic Defensive Driving Course This online course was the most God-awful and long-suffering course I have ever taken. References are 10 years old. The layout is terrible. Information is repeated over 3 and 4 slide just count time. Waiting 1:45 seconds to advanced to the next page from a slide that has one sentence on it does not encourage undivided attention. If fact, encourages just the opposite. I read 43 pages of the exact same information - the sentences were re-ordered. Are you kidding me? I have more to do with my time than waiting for it to tick away in order to get through this course. I could no longer suffer through this course to completion and therefore requested a refund, minus the $5.00 Admin fee.
