The quality of home is disgraceful and I paid 70000 for 4 br 2 bath 2013 it’s a piece of *** ceilings cracked in ever room doors are all junk and don’t seal when we turned on water 1st time two tees under insulation at both ends sprayed ever where tees were open ended and hidden floor is creaky ever 1/4 screw in ever room is crooked in all rooms where vinyl is staples are poked through punturing floor from being bent over flooors are not level we removed sheet rock to fix water leak under the trim there was 1 inch gap the trim just barely covered up crooked rough cuts it’s so bad if I had the money for lawyer I would sue the *** out of somebody I think my 13 yr old daughter has better crasmenship than who ever built my home y’all ought to be ashamed of taking advantage of working folks god have mercy on ya and that’s not half of what’s beeen wrong with it
