I purchased a mattress from Sit & Sleep. The mattress sat for a month because I purchased new carpet ,had it installed ,set up the bed. Ready for a great nights sleep. When I got into bed ,laid down ,my entire body was at a 45’ angle.Sit and sleep sent out a guy to inspect it, about 2 or so weeks later I received a short letter saying the tilt was not bad enough to warrant a nw one,and a coupon for a new one.
