Worse customer service on the planet earth

it is with great sadness that i have to write this review i have been a customer of Bloomingdale for years and i love the sales agent but the credit card customer service is a nightmare been trying to get through them for days , to be exact i have been calling since monday , been on hold , had to hang up and try again tue, then wed, thursday and finally friday ( 04/24/2020 somebody picked up i understand everyone works from home, but not out of a barn with roosters clucking and chirping could not hear the agent - asked me to hold , while i could still hear the rooster , while she was trying to log into the system for a while - i asked her if she can call me back, -- she replied " we dont call back and that i have to call back again and i was trying to pay my bill and had a question about why i am getting late fee and interest when i always pay on time this is insane i hope somebody is reading this and getting back to me User's recommendation: pick up the phone and be curteios to customer, call them back - it is insane to call the whole f week.
