Worse customer service I’ve ever encountered

I called the realtor listed on a Zillow search for a rent home near Alpharetta, GA. The next thing I get are several emails from a person in Plano, TX with Property Frameworks making sure I go online and pay the $50.00 application fee ASAP. So I complied and they told me via email I should have an answer within a day; 10 days later I received another email stating I was approved along with a copy of a 17 page lease contract to sign and send in a “holding fee” of $1595.00 within 48 hours or I would loose my option as there are other potential clients waiting in line. This was a lie because the real estate agent told me there had been no other inquiries. I’m old fashion I quess and wanted to see the house before I send $1600 to someone in Texas. The realtor and I made an appointment and I loved the house. Within the hour of leaving the house I had completed the lease agreement, emailed it back to the person with PFW in Texas and left a detailed voice mail with her asking her to send me instructions on how to get on the portal so I could pay all the move in costs immediately. I NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL OR EMAIL UNTIL THE NEXT DAY that essentially stated I waited to long - that I never sent in the “holding fee” within the specified time frame and that they have withdrawn my lease from consideration. If I wanted to be reconsidered, I would have to reapply from the beginning. I immediately started calling the PFW office...I called the individual I was dealing with 28 times - every time met with her voice mail. I called the main office number 12 times until a real person answered the phone. I explained my situation and she said the individual I’m looking for is in the office and she will send her an email asking her to call me ASAP. I was copied on the email BUT they never had the desency to call me back. These PFW people will not answer a phone and will certainly not return a call. They’re strictly email snowflakes and I for one WILL NEVER deal with them again.
