I updated the BIOS in my laptop with the help of their tech online. It was bricked! Many emails later they said keep the dead one and sent me a refurbished one. I sent the dead one for recycling and the refurbished replacement dies too, I sent this one back to them. Now that I don't have the old one they changed their tune and want to sell me another one. Bunch of professional liars, they wear you down like in used car lots!!!NEVER BUY ASUS laptop, liars and incompetent techs.
