To whom it may concern, I am writing in regards to my daughter's shoes bought in September 15th, as you can see by the attachments there 100% worn out. This is the second pair of Van's that have worn out in approximately 2 months. My daughter does not abuse these shoes, nor is a skater. I am frustrated as she loves these shoes... but at $60/pair I can not afford to be replacing shoes every two months. I thought it was important to bring to you attention as one you will probably loose a customers over it and two maybe want to check in to production and materials.... what has changed?
