The buying process was easy and the salesman was easy to work with. Although, when they delivered the house and set it up, we had to have the painter out 5 times to clean up the marriage line on the ceiling. The workmanship of this house is very poor!! One window in the master bathroom is very out of square you can notice it with a blind eye!! The floor squeak and creeks as if the plywood is not screwed down. Doors are hard to close. The exterior caulking was done by I believe a 6 year old!! The house is overall nice but the workmanship sucks!!! Paint overspray all over the floors against the baseboards. This house was set in feb/March of 2018. Now it is may 2019. I do not believe the floors should be squeaking as bad as they do for a short period of time we have been in it.
