I was quoted at an annual premium of $533 I signed this policy and therefore that becomes a contract. I used workers comp insurance for a total of 1 month before I canceled my policy as I no longer contracted with the agency I was working for. I never received a bill. Months and months went by and then I received a bill for $304. I called and spoke to an auditor who told me that she was passing it along because it seems as if the calculations were incorrect. It has now been more months and I am told I still owe $304. They tell me I need to pay this and there's nothing more that they can do.
