This company’s manager called me promptly and answered all my questions. I liked that they didn’t charge additional fees to review my application. The manager worked with me to look for a place I might like. After I found the suitable option, they charged a part of the service fee that is refundable if for some reason I don’t get approved by a landlord. Finally, I got approved. The whole process took just six days and then I called my landlord to make sure and I got confirmation. I liked the service and would recommend it if you need to rent an apartment. The only thing is that managers always try to persuade you to rent a more expensive property.
