I have had problems with A Advanced Heating and Air who was sent to me by Cinch Home Warrenty. For 2 years I have had problems. Cinch sent another company out to check. Their assessment was No permit was pulled for the new unit. Carbon leak. Leak in pipes. Tech broke parts and lied about coming back to repair. Now Cinch will not allow new company to come fix what needs to be done. I can never get the same person on the phone and each time I am told someone will call me back within 24 hours. it never happens. User's recommendation: use someone else.
