Hello my name is Danny Nausha, my family and I were on a road trip and broke down near Hebert, UT. I took my truck to your store everyone was excellent and repaired my truck for $1,116.09 for a new steering box. Having confidence in your store I continued driving my truck. On my recent trip my steering became extremely loose with major side to side play in the steering wheel. Around corners the truck would jerk left to right almost caused Me to crash and highway speeds. On inspection of my truck one or the 3 bolts holding the steering box from the recent install had fallen out and the other 2 loose. There was no new lock right on the threads only the factory lock tight was visible. This is alarming to me! And I would hope the same for you. I was happy with the customer service and the mechanic for his speedy repair. I’m not sure if this was an over site or what. A catastrophic event could of occurred and thank God it didn’t. So have heard great things about your about your company. But definitely scary.
