Quick to come out and give an estimate to remove one tree and take now some large branches overhanging the neighbors property. Delay of weeks before doing tree removal. I had to get the lines marked after waiting for them to do it for over 6 weeks. 411 call reveiled they never set up the marking of the lines that are near the tree removal. According to the scheduling agent, she said they never received a call asking for the lines to be marked at my address. Was told by ******** that I had been calling for weeks they were busy. Once the tree was removed, it took another month to get them to return to grind the stump. At the time of the work, company was advertising they would put in a replacement tree in for free. Comment from supervisor when asked about it was "Oh, I did see that on the website. It appears to have been removed from the website. Finally gave up after numerous phone calls, including call to the Supervisor. (This was over a period of months.) Said he was always too busy. I made the mistake of paying them before the replacement tree was installed. That was my bad. Have made good faith effort to get this resolved, only to be met with unresponsiveness and excuses. This has been going on for half year and the project is still not complete
