Went to get gas at two different United gas stations and took my card inside to have them turn on the gas pump and I was told they couldn't turn on the pump without putting in a specified amount. First of all, I have had my card hacked 2 times using the gas card reader and it takes a week for me to get another card. Second I don't know how much gas the car will hold so I don't have a specified amount to give them. I have been buying gas at united for four years and not only my personal vehicle but the company vehicle I drive in which I fuel it up twice a day. Not counting I buy a lot of my groceries at united. So if this is the way I'm going to be treated then I will be forced to do All of my business elsewhere and that includes fueling my personal vehicle, and fueling my work van 2 times a day, as well as buying my groceries at another grocery store. If United wants to uphold their customer service then I suggest they take care of their customers or they will start loosing them. I will start informing all of my family and friends to start shopping other places that will take care of their customers...
