I had a customer who required bypass shutters for french doors with a window on each side. Since I had not done bypass before I thought I could get help. I spoke with 2-3 people explaining my circumstance and sent sketch with measurements. I could never get a direct answer. When I did place order I was asked total with, which was on sketch. Long story short, I received panels all the same size. They just divided the total with number of panels, which did not enable customer to open door ( which I sent pics) So now my customer who has been waiting since May, still doesn't have correct size shutter panels. Springs Window Fashions is offering 50% discount on remake, which I am NOT accepting. They just need to admit they dropped the ball when I was counting on them to help with this order. They sent me an email of remake sizes, so why didn't they do this to begin with?? I want correct panels to be made, and I will return panels that do not fit. I have been going back and forth with this issue and I need to finish this job.Not recco User's recommendation: Not recommending!
