I get a recording saying "this is Heather at Account Services. There is currently no problems with your accounts but if you'd like to reduce your interest..." So I press "1" to speak to an agent and they hang up if I try to request to have my number removed. The number they call from will not connect to a person. A recording says that the number is not in service and it is NOT a phone company message. It is one they generated. How does a person get to these shady characters? How do you get them to stop calling?
