Everything is plain and simple, i had back surgery and was out of work for six weeks. Aflac claims the doctors office won't sent them the right paper work. I have talked to the doctors office they have sent the requested forms several times. I have reached out to an aflac manager to look into this ,now he won't return my calls. They took my money for years,they are thieves. Jerry
