Won’t give promised refund

I purchased tickets and paid for them. The event was cancelled and their policy and several emails from them said they would refund for cancellations. Once it was cancelled they said they would give a credit with an expiration date that is unspecified. I contacted them repeatedly and got the same response over and over, i.e. some of their ticket providers may not have received refunds so they aren't either. I filed a BBB complaint and they just said the same thing.
