I bought a massage chair and it was squeaking the day they deliver it I told them I didn't want it to give me other one but they said give it some time it should stop squeaking If not there give me other chair. I give it a few mo. I call told them it still squeaking. I want other massage chair. They sent a technician. He heard it squeaking. He called customer service told them it still squeaking. Customer Service said to bring it in. He took it in couple of days later they brought back the same chair back and it's still squeaking . so they had to take it back and fix it . They just will not give me another chair cuz I don't want this one but they said we're going to take it back and try to fix it I said I don't want this chair I'm sick of it but they won't give me another one I'm very very disappointed . I been a customer for 20 years or more. I never had this problem before. It same like it getting worse. User's recommendation: Don't trust what they say.
